Refund policy

At Oui Oui, we take great care in the quality and presentation of every order. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all items are considered final sale once opened or unsealed. For safety and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we're here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ouiouiskin@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the external packaging. Our team will carefully review your request and, if approved, arrange a suitable resolution.

Please note that requests submitted beyond 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review. Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.
